These terms apply when you download or use KIWAMU. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use KIWAMU. How KIWAMU handles data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

1. What KIWAMU is

KIWAMU is a set of short exercises for memory, focus, speed, logic, spatial thinking and switching, made for practice and enjoyment.

• Not medical advice. KIWAMU is not a medical, diagnostic or therapeutic tool. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have concerns about your memory or health, talk to a doctor.
• KQ is not an IQ test. KQ (KIWAMU Quotient) is an estimate based only on your KIWAMU training, shown for motivation. It is not a clinical or official measure of intelligence.
• No promised results. Your scores show how you play KIWAMU's exercises. We do not promise any improvement in daily life, school or work.

2. Who can use KIWAMU

KIWAMU is intended for people aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children or teenagers, and we do not knowingly target them.

3. Your use of the app

You may use KIWAMU for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not:

• copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app or its content;
• reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
• interfere with the ads, purchases or other features, or use the app in a way that breaks the law or harms others.

4. Ads and rewarded ads

KIWAMU is free and shows ads through Google AdMob, as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Rewarded ads are optional. You choose to watch one to restore a streak, get 30 more seconds or peek at the cards. The reward is given only when the ad is watched to the end.
• Rewards have no money value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• If no ad is available (for example, offline), the reward cannot be offered at that moment.

5. KIWAMU Master subscription

• KIWAMU Master is an optional subscription bought through Google Play, monthly or yearly. It opens levels 11 to 50 of every exercise (and any levels added later), removes the banner and full-screen ads, gives +30 seconds and a peek twice in every exercise without ads, repairs a broken streak once a week without an ad, and shows the KQ trend. Levels 1–10 and everything else in KIWAMU stay free.
• It renews automatically at the price shown in Google Play until you cancel. Cancel at any time in Google Play (Settings → KIWAMU Master → Manage subscription); Master stays on until the end of the period already paid.
• Free trial. When Google Play offers a free trial, you are not charged during it; if you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription starts at the price shown when you subscribed. KIWAMU reminds you 3 days before the trial ends.
• One-time offer. KIWAMU may once offer a lower price for the first year; after that year the usual yearly price applies.
• Prices are set in Google Play for your country and may change; Google Play tells you before a price change applies to your subscription.
• Payment, taxes and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's terms and refund policy. Memorvix does not receive your payment details.
• Use Settings → KIWAMU Master → Restore purchases on a new device or after reinstalling.
• If the subscription ends, is refunded or reversed, Master features stop: you play at level 10, and the higher level you reached is kept for when you subscribe again.

6. Notifications

The daily reminder is off until you turn it on. News and offers notifications can be turned off at any time in Settings or in Android's notification settings.

7. Ownership

KIWAMU, its name, logo, artwork, music, sounds, exercises and text belong to Memorvix, except the open-source software and fonts listed in About → Open-source licenses, which are used under their own licenses. Using the app does not give you any ownership of it.

8. Your progress

Your progress is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). Memorvix has no copy of it and cannot restore it if it is lost, for example after uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.

9. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of KIWAMU, including exercises, levels, ads and features, at any time. Some updates may be required to keep using the app. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change, and continuing to use KIWAMU after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. No warranty

KIWAMU is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, Memorvix makes no promises that the app will always work, be free of errors or meet your needs.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Memorvix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of KIWAMU. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

12. Google Play

These terms are between you and Memorvix, not Google. Your use of Google Play, including purchases, is also governed by Google Play's own terms.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
